If you face any issues with delivery, please contact the delivery company directly as once shipped were no longer able to be held responsible for any orders. Therefore, we are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen in transit or upon delivery
RETURNS & REFUND
Please note that we cannot provide a refund if there is a delayed or lost shipment. This is the responsibility of the courier service, as we have no control once your package has been dispatched. Due to the nature of or units being customised specifically to each customer, we do not except returns under any circumstance unless a mistake has been made on our end e.g you’ve received the wrong order. In this rare instance, we offer a expedited exchange. To be eligible for this exchange, you must return your package to us in its original state within a 7 day period. If these requirements are failed to be met we will not accept the exchange.

All sales are final, due to the nature of the items being made to order construction/ customisation of your order starts as soon as your order is placed therefore once purchased you will not be able to cancel or return your items.
