Delivery
Once your order is placed you’ll receive a confirmation email then a separate email notifying you when your order has been dispatched. In this email you'll be provided with your tracking number so you can personally follow your shipment. Due to the customisation process, please allow up to 14 workings days for your order to be processed if your order exceeds this period you will be fully reimbursed. Once dispatched you should receive your order with in 2-3 working days. If you face any issues with this, please contact the delivery company directly as once shipped were no longer able to be held responsible for any orders. Therefore, we are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen in transit or upon delivery but do contact us if this has happened and we will try our best to resolve the issue by sending a dispute on your behalf to the delivery company

Returns & Refunds
You are entitled to a refund if your order has been delayed and exceeded the 14 working days processing duration reserved for peak times & has still not been shipped. This rarely happens as we aim to get your order packaged and shipped on it’s way to you as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot provide a refund if the delay is due to the courier service, as we have limited control over that situation. Due to the nature of or units being customised specific gto customer, we do not except returns under any circumstance unless a mistake has been made on our end e.g you’ve received the wrong order. In this rare instance, for your return to be accepted you must return the package in the same condition it was received in hair in its original state within a 7 day period. If these requirements are failed to be met we will not accept the return. You will be able to either exchange your item for your original order or a full refund will be processed to your original payment method this may take up to 7 working days to reflect.

Order Cancellation
All sales are final, due to the nature of the items being made to order construction/ customisation of your order starts as soon as your order is placed therefore once purchased you will not be able to cancel or return your items by purchasing you agree to this policy.
Shipping
UK and Northern Ireland
As we are a UK based company we are able to offer next day delivery for orders placed before 12pm GMT. Any order placed after will most likely be delivered the following day. Any orders placed with standard delivery are aimed to be delivered with 2-3 working days after the processing duration which is usually with 24-48 hours. This is for ready to ship only.
Europe
Standard delivery for any country within the EU is aimed to be delivered within 3-5 working days after processing which is usually with 24-48 hours.
International
Standard delivery for any country outside Europe is 6-7
working days after processing which is usually with 24-48 hours.
