Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it is no longer under our control. As a result, we are unable to accept responsibility for orders that are lost, stolen, or delayed during transit or after they have been marked as delivered.
Please note that all orders are shipped using our most detailed tracked delivery service to help minimise the likelihood of these rare occurrences and to provide full visibility throughout the delivery process.
RETURNS & REFUND
Please note that we cannot provide a refund if there is a delayed or lost shipment. This is the responsibility of the courier service, as we have no control once your package has been dispatched. Due to the nature of or units being customised specifically to each customer, we do not except returns under any circumstance unless a mistake has been made on our end e.g you’ve received the wrong order. In this rare instance, we offer a expedited exchange. To be eligible for this exchange, you must return your package to us in its original state within a 7 day period. If these requirements are failed to be met we will not accept the exchange.
