Hair Origin: This unit is composed with hairs sourced from Southeast Asian, Vietnam. Paired with ultra thin, film HD lace. The entire lace piece consists of hand ventilated single knots;

Donor amount: Our raw unit uses single donor hair, allowing it to lift #613. Whereas our virgin units are dual donor, The hair used to make the unit consist of about 2 to 3 donors allowing it to lift to #27

Density: The density of the wig is dependent on the length. Any unit with a length of up to 22” Will consist of three bundles, Whereas any length after that will consist of four.

Which size should I get?

22.5” is the size that is best for majority of women, The fit of the wig doesn’t necessarily lie in the wake up, but in the band, The band is the element which add security. If you’re unsure of your sizing we recommend you order 22.5, Even if you believe you have a ‘small’ head But if you are anxious that that might not be big enough then please size up.

Can I straighten my curled wigs?

Our curled units are heavily layered to achieve the dramatic bombshell style curls you see in the style. But if you would like to alternate between straight and curly, please contact us so we can adjust your curly wig to only have face framing layers and no layers in the body but please bare in mind this will affect the final look of the wig.

If you face any issues with delivery, please contact the delivery company directly as once shipped were no longer able to be held responsible for any orders. Therefore, we are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen in transit or upon delivery

RETURNS & REFUND

Please note that we cannot provide a refund if there is a delay in shipment is due to the courier service, as we have no control over that situation. Due to the nature of or units being customised specific to each customer, we do not except returns under any circumstance unless a mistake has been made on our end e.g you’ve received the wrong order. In this rare instance, we offer an expiditated exchange. To be eligible for this exchange, you must return your package to us in its original state within a 7 day period. If these requirements are failed to be met we will not accept the exchannge.
